I have 2 belt scales and use to calibrate them one by chain roller and the other with static load.

For the roller chain the reading (repeatability) are: 13714,13681,13733,13698.

What do those numbers tells me and how could i account for the error found with regard to the materials that are already passed the scale.

Those numbers are registered counts. To determine repeatable error divide smaller by the larger. The error across that whole tests is 0.3-0.4% or less.

0.5% or less is acceptable except for a for trade certified scale, then the error can't be greater than +/- 0 .25%.

Your scale looks good to me. It would be very hard for your to get this below 0.25%

You do not reconcile your weight-o-meter tonnage Mulu. Your error is too small.

What level of accuracy are you trying to get? What operation is this in?
