Hi, we use two roll crusher as secondary in pharaformaldehyd powder production plant (in closed loop) , but 30% of output material is in flake shape , roll dia :400 mm with : 350 mm input size: 10 mm output size : 2 mm , what can we do to decrease the flakes ?

Standard problem with roll crushers. Run roll product through a. small hammer mill.
