How to calculate stone sizes range produced by jaw crusher in % if i have 36" x 24" primary single toggle jaw crusher & Closed side setting is 4" (100mm) and vibrating screen having 60mm, 30mm, 10mm & Dust mesh.

Material : Construction Aggregate.

So how much approx range material size will produce. (any calculation / other method)

+60mm = in %

+30 to -60mm = in %

+10 to -30mm = in %

0 to -10mm = in %

Is this another University assignment? In any case, here is a free intro. I guess it is a language barrier that has prevented you from Googling this. What you are looking for a is a jaw crusher's discharge product gradation I think.
