Hi,
our project is a pilot plant for a Detrital Ore concentrator pilot plant.

Feed 600 metric TPH

Max size 12mm

Screen size 1mm

After the screen, the +1mm -12mm material goes through a cylclone and is then screened again.

my query is...

Can the scrubber and screen be replaced with a trommel?

Like

A trommel could be used ahead of the scrubber to take a load off of it, but a 600 t/hr trommel is going to be real big (think 1500 mm to 2000 mm in diameter by 4000 to 5000 mm long.  Probably with several decks.  And trying to make a 1 mm cut is going to be difficult.

What kind of details are you looking for? Trommels. scrubbers, or what?
