I would like to know about the effect of the weight of added Na2S to the ore (for example 3 kilo per ton) in final concentrate tonnage.

Maybe a lot, maybe nothing. Depends on your ore, your other reagents, and a lot of other things. You have to run lab & pilot plant tests to tell.
