Dear All, thanking you all humbly for contributing to such an amazing forum, I am a big fan! I've been historically very involved in all kinds of forums and I value them very highly.
Now to my question, i've recently been given an old Wemco/Envirotech Lab Flotation Cell (Model 52254) - see picture attached (note hood is not pictured). It is in working order, but has been outside for a good 10 years (albeit out of the rain), but the aluminium body etc has suffered and its time for some TLC and maintenance.
I'm wondering if any of you own/use one of these machines and can give me some tips on the maintenance. Primarily how to remove the main shaft, impeller and standpipe (i know on a denver, certain parts are left hand thread etc).
What would also be VASTLY helpful would be a workshop manual, or even an instruction manual would be a great start.
Looking forward to your valuable input!
Many thanks, and best regards.
Fabian
