We are currently setting up an Alluvial Gold Wash Plant - (Hopper bin - Vibrating Feeder - Trommel Scrubber - Sluice Box - Vibrating Screen (2mm) - Falcon Concentrator)
We want to process the 75 tons per hour. The clay content is high. And the material doesn't have many rocks/gravels that could help to "break" the clay...
The Scrubber dimensions: 4 meters long X 1.5 meters diameter, and a 2 meters long trommel discharge with 2 screens layers (12mm and 6mm apertures).
What's the Scrubber ideal water consumption? How much water am I need to add on the Scrubber to process 75 tons per hour?
I can use more water on Trommel to wash the screen and supply enough water for the Sluice Box.
As the material doesn't carry many rocks/gravels to help to break the clay, do you have any suggestion that can help with this issue?
