I have a project in Arizona. Old manganese mines that contain medium quality gold ore. The manganese ranges from10% to plus 30%. I have 900 tons of ore reserves on two small claims. Water is an issue. Lack of it. I have captured gold via dry washing crushed material. I run it twice through a Keene 140S. I do no wet concentration on site and because of the mine's inaccessibility, only light equipment can be brought on site. The ore also contains significant vanadium, visible in the crushed ore. Losses are no doubt high. I have no way of knowing.
I wish to explore concentrating all three minerals to some degree to produce a marketable product.
Currently, my production line consists of a light jaw crusher, an impact mill and the drywasher. I haul cons down the mountain and take them home for final separation on a shaker table. Gold first, then iron, manganese and vanadium.
I am am open to suggestions on how to proceed. However it is done, the site is extremely limited. Over difficult terrain.
