In HPAL (High Pressure Acid Leaching) of nickel, pressure leaching is used to be done in pachuka tanks but it has become obsolete and instead of pachuka tanks, titanium lined autoclaves are being used. From a technical point of view how can titanium lined autoclaves can replace pachuka tanks? What are their differences? How are titanium lined autoclaves better than pachuka tanks? Thank you so much for your time.
