to produce vanadium pentoxide from sludge by ammonia leaching method, can anyone please make this process more clear in respect of metallurgy and certain methods for increasing yield of vanadium pentoxide, removing unwanted trace elements like sulphur, phosphorus and sodium from final product??

Question is vague. My experience is more with MoO3, but this might be similar to V2O5. If V is leached in a acid media, you might use SX, for example Alamine 336 to extract. The strip with aqua ammonia. You then evaporatively crystallize ammonia vanadate, bleed off soluble impurities and then calcine to drive off ammonia

THANK YOU MIKE.
CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE A CLUE FOR REDUCING PHOSPHOROUS CONTENT FROM VANADIUM PENTOXIDE PRODUCE VIA ABOVE MENTION METHOD?

Or more particularly from methods for reducing phosphorus content from ammonium meta-vanadate produce via leaching process of sludge?
