Good day,
I am a PhD student, doing my research in Froth Flotation. I am currently polishing my flotation skills (batch flotation cell) for my project. One thing I am battling with is to maintain the froth height constant, especially when it comes to to up water in the flotation cell. While the pulp level is clearly visible before the air is in, it becomes difficult to see when the air is in. can you kindly share with me your experience on the best way to deal with this?

You have two options, the first one is to use an acrylic tank cell to see the slurry level and froth height. In this way to can add water to maintain an appropriate slurry level. The second option is to use a impedance control system to have a good slurry level.
