Hi everyone

I have a sulphide ore concentrated by flotation, contains au, PD, rh, ir (according to fire assay) I am looking to smelt the concentrates, any one can help?

Best to smelt for gold and then refine to remove other metals.

Which flux and what tamprature will be effective?

Best to use anhydrous borax at 1200C

You may need other fluxes depending on impurities.

Jakoś ten temat wcześniej przeoczyłem...

1. Stężony HNO3. Gotowanie do zaniku NO2.

Przefiltrować i odstawić do redukcji Pd

Redukcja Pd : kwas mrówkowy + soda na gorąco (do pH =4,5), lub NaBH4 - jest najlepszy

2 . AR - tu też gotowanie do zaniku NO2. W roztworze jest Rh i Au , w osadzie Ir.

3.Filtracja - na sączku jest Ir + nierozpuszczony do końca Rh

4. Redukcja Au za pomocą SMB .

Ir i Rh które się nie dają rozpuścić w AR przetopić z nadsiarczanem sodu lub potasu : Na2S2O8 . Wtedy się rozpuszczą. Można je po rozcieńczeniu wodą i zakwaszeniu zcementować cynkiem.
