Hi and welcome to 911,

I use https://redesign.911metallurgist.com/blog/flotation-time-scale-up-factors-laboratory-to-plant to scale up laboratory flotation test results to full scale industrial plant.

You can use this table for any other mechanical cells.

For scaling-up, time is the only parameter (per mineral type).

Thank you!

Now, in order to correction result of library flotation for scale- up, what is relation is used for scale up of speed impeller, aeration rate? Since cell lab is smaller than cell plant, and speed impeller and aeration is different.

Hello,

I think you worry to much I think. For now, and until somebody better informed than me comes along, you should read:

https://redesign.911metallurgist.com/blog/denver-flotation-machine

https://redesign.911metallurgist.com/blog/flotation-cell-impeller

This Metso article and this by Mintek.

Also read up on ' flotation agitator tip speed' as that is an important matter.

+ this PDF here may by useful.
