Enrgy/power is around 40%, Operating Labour about 25%, Maintenance Labour about 20%, and consumables 15%. Of course this vaies by local conditions.

In can also be done using grab samples of the underflow and overflow and measuring the density using density balances such as the Marcy balance.

We use a coal spiral to separate grit and carbon. Our ore SG in 2.6 so similar to yours.
